Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Williamstown - Glassboro, an IHG Hotel

The staff at check in were wonderful! They were so kind, welcoming and helpful. My daughter left her Nintendo switch at the front desk, we didn’t realize it. They brought it right up to our room to make sure we got it back. The rooms were very nice and updated. Everything was clean and comfortable. The beds were on the firmer side, but not bad. The pillows were super soft. All in all, it was a great experience for our one night in town for a dance competition.

The room and the hotel was clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and filling. The coffee was very good, even the decaf. Even though the hotel was full during our whole stay we didn't hear any other noises or distractions in our room.

They did a nice cosmetic face-lift of the place. Beds and room were clean and comfortable.

Room was comfortable to sleep in. Shower was stocked with shampoo and conditioner and wash and lotion. I would have liked a shower cap instead of having to call for one.

We stayed in the newer part of the hotel and the room was impeccable. The rooms are designed in such a way that they are quiet even when people are in the hallway. The front desk staff was really welcoming and kind.
